Douglas L. McDonald began his career
in 1979 as a CPA with Deloitte and
Touche, concentrating on the banking
industry. He entered the banking industry
directly when he served as Vice President
and Treasurer of Westside Federal,
accomplishing one of the early initial
public offerings of a savings and
loan. He served as CFO in the turnaround
of Gibraltar Savings of Washington
and later as President. He was also
a founder, CFO and COO of Enterprise
Bank.
In
addition to our founders, we have
an experienced management team with
extensive experience in financing

of accounts receivable, banking, accounting
and information processing systems,
